Oscar, electronic engineer, communications and IT specialist handles the strategic planning and development of international markets for Cricon, the formulation of operational policies, objectives and marketing and sales initiatives. Oscar also manages the attainment of Cricon’s financial and operational goals, and directs the development of the organization to ensure its continued growth.

Director of Sales & Technical Services
Carlos handles sales, marketing and technical services for our customers in Latin America to ensure a prompt, efficient and professional work and post-sales support. Responsible for new products and services’ applicability and to be the focal contact point between our customers and manufacturers in order to implement the most effective and reliable solutions.
Felix Ortiz
International Sales, Customer Support & Shipping Manager
As International Business Professional. Felix handles pre-sale and post-sale customer assistance, including pricing, purchases, shipping and handling logistics, as well as dispatching. Felix provides support to our customers alongside Latin America.
Mercedes Rodriguez
Business Manager, Sales & Marketing Support
For over five years Mercedes has been responsible for internal sales and customer commercial support at Cricon. Her previous experience with IT corporations and service companies has helpeded Cricon to succeed supporting our customers. Mercedes, with a Business Administrator degree, provides commercial support, administration and monitoring of our corporate business, as well as commercial negotiations with our technology providers.

Juan Pablo is an industrial engineer and has more than four years of experience in operations management with Cricon. Juan Pablo handles foreign trade negotiations, monitoring and financial management and cost indicators, enterprise resource planning, implementation of plan distribution and supply to customers, analysis and evaluation of procurement requirements, coordination of financial institutions and insurance, and quality control.
Carolina Pineda Gomez
Sales & Technical Support at Cricon Ltda
Carolina is an Electronic Technologist with emphasis in networks. She is a candidate to receive her title as electronic engineer. She also credits technical and operational experience in the television industry. Carolina handles first-level support and direct contact with our existing and prospective customers in developing business opportunities through a detailed review of customer project goals, as well as the implementation of product and service solutions offered by Cricon to best meet customer goals.
